The WhatsApp and email trap

Fifty parent requests can mean fifty separate conversations, videos, score links and incomplete player details.

  • Footage is buried across inboxes, chats and different phones
  • Key details have to be copied manually into a spreadsheet
  • Finding one player again means searching through the entire intake
  • Sharing the workload creates more files, messages and duplicated admin

    • The Player Vault workspace

One login and one portal for your academy-coach requirements, keeping every relevant player record and decision in one place.

  • Parent-supplied details and current video arrive in a consistent record
  • Ask for the player you need and AI-assisted search finds relevant matches
  • Open the supporting stats, footage and references from the same screen
  • Keep the shortlist and academy-coach workflow together for the whole team

Type the cricketer your pathway needs in plain English. The Player Vault checks the authorised records and returns the strongest relevant matches with their statistics, videos and playing details beside them.
