Every county academy coach is verified as a named individual, attached to a real organisation, and checked before they see a single child's profile.
Interest comes to you. You approve it, decline it, or ignore it. A county coach never gets a way to reach your child directly.
There is no payment before launch, so players can complete their records while county academy coaches prepare to come on board.
